We aim to deliver collected ironing within 48hrs.
Any damaged items collected from you, will be returned un-ironed to avoid any confusion.
In the unlikely event of any loss/damage to any of your items due to our negligence, we will be pleased to compensate up to a maximum of £30 per item.
We do have a minimum order value of £10 per collection. Orders below this will be charged at £10.
All Ironing is done in a smoke-free environment.
